Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using iSoftGlass. By creating an account or accessing the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Definitions
  • „Service” — the iSoftGlass SaaS platform, accessible at app.isoftglass.com, including all features, modules and updates
  • „Provider” — the company operating iSoftGlass, registered in Romania
  • „Client” / „You” — the business or individual that creates an account and uses the Service
  • „User” — any individual authorized by the Client to access the Service under the Client’s account
  • „Subscription” — the paid plan granting the Client access to the Service for a defined period
  • „Content” — data, configurations, documents and information uploaded or generated within the Service by the Client

The iSoftGlass Service

iSoftGlass is a cloud-based software solution designed specifically for glass industry businesses. The Service includes, depending on the subscribed plan:

  • Quote and order calculator with 3D configurator and automatic technical drawings
  • Production and operational management tools
  • Real-time inventory tracking
  • Barcode traceability for glass processing
  • Reporting, analytics and complaint management
  • Client and order management

The Provider reserves the right to add, modify or remove features at any time, with appropriate notice to active subscribers.

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree to:

  • Provide truthful, current and complete registration information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach at contact@isoftglass.com
  • Not share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals

Accounts are for business use only. Each account is associated with one legal entity. Multiple user seats may be added according to the subscribed plan.

Subscriptions & Payment

Access to the full Service requires a paid subscription. The following terms apply:

  • Subscription plans, pricing and included features are described on the Pricing page
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan
  • Payment is due in advance at the start of each billing period
  • All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added where applicable
  • Invoices are issued electronically and sent to the email address on the account
  • Non-payment beyond 14 days from the invoice due date may result in service suspension
  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 14 calendar days
  • Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; no refund is issued for the remaining period of the current billing cycle

The Provider reserves the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers before the change takes effect.

Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered, the following conditions apply:

  • The trial period and included features will be communicated at sign-up
  • No payment method is required during the trial unless explicitly stated
  • At the end of the trial, access to paid features will be restricted unless a subscription is activated
  • Data entered during the trial is retained for up to 30 days after the trial ends, after which it may be deleted
  • The Provider reserves the right to discontinue or modify trial offers at any time

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the platform
  • Upload malicious code, viruses or any harmful software
  • Resell, sublicense or transfer your subscription to a third party without written consent
  • Use the Service to store or process data of a third party without their consent
  • Impersonate another person or entity

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in the Service — including the software, design, algorithms, trademarks, logos and documentation — are and remain the exclusive property of iSoftGlass and its licensors.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes only.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant the Provider a limited licence to store and process your Content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. The Provider will never use your business data for commercial purposes unrelated to your account.

Data & Privacy

The Provider processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Where the Client processes personal data of its own clients or employees through the Service, the Client acts as data controller and the Provider acts as data processor. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request.

The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that its use of the Service complies with applicable data protection legislation, including GDPR.

Service Availability & Support

The Provider targets a service uptime of 99.5% per calendar month, excluding planned maintenance windows. Planned maintenance will be announced with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Via WhatsApp at +40 754 028 009
  • Response time target: within 1 business day for standard issues

The Service is provided „as is.” The Provider does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, but will use reasonable efforts to resolve any issues promptly.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service
  • The Provider’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the 3 months preceding the claim
  • The Provider is not responsible for data loss caused by the Client’s actions, third-party services or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

By you: You may terminate your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

By the Provider: The Provider may suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if:

  • You breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within 7 days of notice
  • Payment is overdue by more than 30 days
  • You engage in fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity

Upon termination: Your access to the Service will cease. Your data will be available for export for 30 days following termination, after which it will be permanently deleted. Any outstanding invoices remain payable.

Modifications to the Service & Terms

The Provider may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We also reserve the right to modify, enhance or discontinue any feature of the Service. Where a feature you actively use is discontinued, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Romania.

For clients in the European Union, mandatory consumer rights provided by EU law are not affected by this clause.
